Our Story
Full Body Scan is part of the Scan.com Group, which was founded in 2017 by clinicians with a simple goal: to make medical imaging more accessible. By removing referral barriers with our own clinical team, we created an easy-to-use platform where anyone could book a diagnostic scan without delays.
But imaging shouldn’t just be about diagnosing what’s wrong. It has huge potential to prevent what could go wrong over time. Symptoms can be the last signal that something’s not right, and they could be far less treatable by the time they’re noticeable. But, the opportunities to get scanned symptom-free were limited.
That’s why we launched Full Body Scan, a proactive screening service that helps you get checked before symptoms start. Designed for people concerned about their family history, lifestyle factors, or general ageing and wear-and-tear, it empowers you to take control on your own timelines.
So, whether you need a diagnosis or want reassurance, our platforms provide fast, direct access to advanced MRI scans at all stages, so you can get answers when they matter most to you.

Khalid is a Consultant Radiologist, educator, and our co-founder. He has over 25 years of radiology experience, after completing his medical degree at the University of Dundee and Fellowship in Thoracic Radiology at the University of Maryland, USA.

MBChB, BSc (Medical Imaging)
Dr Svez has eight years of experience as a doctor in various specialties including Surgery, Orthopaedics, Medicine, and General Practice. He has worked with Scan.com since 2022.
Dr Ebrahim Arshad
MBChB
Dr Ebrahim studied at the University of Birmingham before doing his further training at the Royal Stoke Hospital and surrounding GP practices. He works with a variety of practices and patients around Stoke-on-Trent and Manchester.
